Tacia - Behind the scenes, West Clinic IV room

I honestly can’t believe how much I love my job! I applied to work at the West Clinic on a whim! I had no idea what I was getting myself into. The friendships I have built here are priceless.  We literally are the best place to work. 

I can’t even imagine my life without the miracles I have witnessed at the West Clinic.  To watch patients come in that are out of hope and watch them get that back is so rewarding. 

I was hired to be Misty’s assistant in the IV room.  She taught me everything I know! While I helped her I took over the supplements. And boy oh boy did I learn a lot from that! I love that I can jump in and recommend different supplements for patients.

I now have the opportunity to run the IV room!  I love the tempo in there.  It gets super busy and I thrive when it is busy.  I appreciate that each day is different.  Yes, I am doing the same thing every day, but its different.  Different patients coming and different protocols.  If you look at my work history I am the 2 year girl.  I stay 2 years almost to the month and then move on.  I get bored!  I have been here for just over 6 years and am no where near bored.

The West Clinic feels like home to me.  Our team is my family!  I love that we know how to work hard and that we also know how to laugh and have fun!

I am grateful every day that Dr J took a chance on me and hired me.  I can’t even begin to express how working at the West Clinic has shaped me into the person I am.  Thank you Dr. J!! 😊
